Piñera being a candidate
The subject of this post was wide as the Pacific Ocean: something that makes me angry. Well, all the world is angry for something or for a very amount of things, but I don't like to get angry for anything. If I'm not happy with something, I don't ussually get angry: I get sad.
But well, there's one thing that always surprise me a lot: the faith some chileans put in Sebastián Piñera. The faith that allows him to pretend to be the next president of Chile. After all the things that have put Piñera in the front of the newspapers -not very honest things, by the way-, after that time he puts his under-age grandchildren in the directory of his companies, AFTER HE BEING HIM, there's a lot of people who feel represented by him, and find in his figure part of themselves. Well, maybe the average chilean is an empresary who went to Harvard for then make a fraud with the Banco de Talca, being persecuted by the law and etcetera. And I say etcetera because there are so many reasons for not voting for Piñera: there's is an article that makes a list with 18.
I don't know if it is Piñera who makes me angry, or the people who hates so much the thieves and will vote for him.
The only thing I like of Piñera are the "Piñericosas", and is really sad know that this person can be a president of Chile again.
ResponderEliminarI would like to have a critical view of Piñera (and any other candidate) but when I think why can I hate him, I remember when he was talking about "Developed South European Countries" and said CZECHOSLOVAKIA that doesn't exist anymore and PORTUGAL... yeah dude, south of Europe...
